Northern (Arriva Rail North) is on track with its plan to operate 850 train services during today’s strike action, Saturday 8 April.

On Saturday 8 April Northern customers will be able to use their tickets on Arriva Bus services across the north of England for journeys they would otherwise have made by train.  This move will help keep customers on the move during industrial action.

Northern has added six trains to its Liverpool Lime Street service on Saturday evening (8 April) to help Grand National racegoers travel home.
