Services suspended between Halifax and Hebden Bridge

There are currently no services between Halifax and Hebden Bridge as a result of a landslip. This means that services between Leeds and Manchester Victoria and York and Blackpool North are experiencing severe disruption.

All services from the West will terminate at Hebden Bridge and all services from the East will terminate at Halifax. Replacement road transport is in place between Halifax and Hebden Bridge.

As yet there is no estimate for a return to normal service.  Northern will issue further updates in due course.

Full details of services are as follows:

Blackpool North to York

These services will terminate at Hebden Bridge and restart at Halifax. Replacement road transport is in place between Hebden Bridge and Halifax.

York to Blackpool North

These services will terminate at Halifax and restart at Hebden Bridge. Replacement road transport is in place between Halifax and Hebden Bridge.

Manchester Victoria to Leeds

These services will terminate at Hebden Bridge and restart at Halifax. Replacement road transport is in place between Hebden Bridge and Halifax.

Leeds to Manchester Victoria

These services will terminate at Halifax and restart at Hebden Bridge. Replacement road transport is in place between Halifax and Hebden Bridge.

Ticket acceptance has been arranged with Transpeninne Express and Metro Link.
