Northern rail services severely impacted between Salford Cresent and Bolton
Rail services operated by Northern are currently severely impacted between Salford Cresent and Bolton due a fallen tree. This is causing significant delays on the route and impacting other train services around the region.
Northern services are currently not stopping at Kersley, Wigan and Farnworth on the route to Bolton. Replacement buses are being sourced and customers should consider other route options to reach their destination.
