May 2018 timetable change briefing

We wanted to get in touch to give you a further update on our plans for the timetable change due to be implemented next week, as well as providing information on some service issues which will I am sure you will have been aware of.
Sunday 20 May will see an unprecedented change to the Northern timetable as we look to introduce an extra 1,300 services each week. Many of these changes will see current train times and stopping patterns change. We have worked hard to ensure our customers know about the changes and asked them to check carefully before they travel. Any further assistance you can give in delivering this message would be very helpful.
